Our coaches offer 60 and 90 minute private lessons for novice to advanced practitioners. Lessons start at $85.00 per hour.

Open training sessions are designed for experience practitioners to work on skills learned in class. $12 drop in or included in our monthly membership.

Book a private class for any occasion. Great for birthday parties and team bonding events. Parties begin at $35 per person with a minimum of 6 particpants.
